Welcome to benglawin. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and benglawin governing the use of the benglawin platform (website and mobile app). By accessing or using our platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

To open an account with benglawin, you must meet the following requirements:

• One Account: Each person may hold only one benglawin account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except via the cash-out feature).
• If a bet fails to place due to a technical error, banglawin will void it and refund the amount.
• Pre-match bets may be voided after a match kicks off if the odds were not updated in time.
• Benglawin reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at any time.
• The maximum win on any single bet is subject to the limits set by benglawin.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network latency — this is normal and will not be subject to compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on benglawin. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud: Using a false identity, forged documents, or stolen payment details.
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet with knowledge of, or involvement in, a predetermined outcome.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting platform bugs or technical errors.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through benglawin.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the benglawin system.

If you are not satisfied with benglawin's decision, you have the right to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. benglawin is committed to fair and transparent outcomes at all times.

Benglawin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Prior to any changes, we will:
